Pony restaurant is positioned as a relatively affordable exquisite cuisine, so the price is naturally much less painful for your wallet. Choose 3 dishes from the menu, a total of 445dkk (all the amount of the main dishes, not the half-portion or small portion of the tasting menu). Before going to Pony, I dragged my friends to eat ramen, so I was not particularly hungry and didn’t want to waste food, so the three dishes I ordered were all appetizers. I chose one appetizer, main dish, and dessert. - Skate wing: The texture of skate wing is quite mysterious. It is seasonal, and there are roasted pumpkin seeds and kale. Overall, it is a refreshing version. - Greenlandic shrimp: The sweetness of Greenlandic Arctic shrimp is really something that makes people fall in love with it immediately. The crunchy radish is cut into long shreds, and paired with pickled seaweed, it is really a refreshing, delicious and appetizing appetizer. However, the shredded radish is puffed up and easy to eat outside the mouth. - celeriac: To be honest, I just throw celery root into the pot to make soup at home. I didn't expect it to be delicious when made into a dish. The sweetness of the root itself will slowly overflow. It is also served with cheese sauce and pickled florets, which will add some sourness to the whole flavor. The wine pairing served with the tasting menu was fabulous too. I would recommend that anyone going for the tasting menu eats minimally during the day. The meal is both tasty and filling and guests will need space to enjoy all of the elements.

TheForkUserExactly what we were looking for. In the old quarter of Cannes, atmospheric street, nice room, great warm welcome. But of course it's always really about the food! House made Foie gras with fig chutney, outstanding. Pan fried scallops tender, flavorful! Entrecote with green pepper sauce was very good but the swordfish with a mango sauce was perfection. Lemon tarte was delicious but a bit too sweet whereas the three chocolates gateau: wonderfully subtle.
